Appreciation Events at designIQ
Every July we hold an appreciation event for the employees here at designIQ. We take great pride in each year’s event and love coming up with fun new themes which provide our employees with engaging games, adventures, and of course tasty treats! Our theme this year was a trip to the Midway with carnival theme games, food, and beverages. Held outside our two largest locations Des Moines and Indianapolis, which total over 300 employees combined, we had a successful 89% participation rate overall! Our supervisors also expressed a personal thank you and hand lettered a personalized thank you card to each one of their valued employees.
Another part of our appreciation event was about giving back to our local communities. During the week of our event we held a food drive challenge which collected over 1000 items! These items were donated to the Food Bank of Iowa at our Des Moines, IA location and Wheeler Mission at our Indianapolis, IN location.
This and many of our additional events, in-house creative labs, free skill training and more is how we take pride in our employees and spark new creative thinking in our everyday creative solutions.
